THE DRILL -
Suitable for all positions, this drill is going to test your ability to accelerate, decelerate and back pedal. It will allow you to close down space using short powerful movements and break away from your marker.
KEY POINTS -
When accelerating away use powerful and purposeful strides (as opposed to fast feet)
Stay low when hitting the breaks as you approach each cone
Ensure the transitions are smooth
