Our 6 week training programme will give you the insight and knowledge to train like a pro and help you take your game to the next level. The aim of the programme isn't just to help you improve as a player within this six week period but also to lay the foundations with how you approach your off pitch work for the rest of your career so you can keep improving year on year. After all Cristiano Ronaldo’s success isn't the result of working hard for just one pre season.

This comprehensive 6 week training phase involves 4 sessions per week that are split between the gym and the pitch. You will learn how to train smart and follow a structured programme where you will see improvements in performance and individual areas such as power, strength, flexibility, speed and conditioning.
