Being able to pass and move is the essence of todays high paced modern game. This drill is designed to allow you to work on improving your passing with both feet and moving into space quickly. Combining technical work with a fitness element this drill is great for some low level agility work too.
KEY POINTS -
Stay light on your feet and don't stand still. As soon as you've made the pass move to receive the next ball
Work with your partner and try to get the drill to flow
Aim to use both feet and don't just rely on your stronger foot.
