KEY POINTS -
Start at the top of a press up position and slowly lower your body downwards towards the ground
Explode up by powerfully pushing the ground away trying to get as much height as possible (concentrate on keeping your core tight with your body straight from ear to ankle)
Cushion the landing by bending the elbows on impact and reset ready for your next rep
