THE DRILL -

You may be able to run for for 90 minutes, but how effective are you when the balls at your feet in the later stages of a high intensity game? This drill will help you to get fitter whilst improve your levels of concentration and ball control under fatigue.

KEY POINTS -

  • Move with intent without the ball and keep your concentration when in possession

  • Stay low and agile when moving through the cones

  • Keep the ball close when dribbling and make sure you place them inside the box each time

  • Complete this drill as fast as you can and record your time
