Be the first to react off the ground and out power your opponents. Use the depth jump to increase the level of force you can produce when running, jumping and turning


  • Start by standing tall on a small box - approach the edge of the box and step off towards the ground

  • As you contact the ground throw your elbows down and back and load into a squat position by bending your knees and lowering your hips

  • React off the ground as fast as you can and explode as high into the air as possible - Use your hips to generate force and use your arms to gain more leverage to your jump 

  • Stick your landing on the ground by using your hips to absorb the force and making sure your knees don't collapse inwards
