  • Start with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width

  • Sink into the squat, driving hips back and keeping your chest proud

  • Ensure knees don’t collapse into the body

  • Weight should be through the heels at the bottom of the squat

  • Drive back up to your start position and reset for the next rep
