THE DRILL -
Easy to set up and complete, this test is designed to see how agile you are changing direction both to the right and left. You can then add up your fastest times to work out your score to see how you compare against your friends and team mates.
KEY POINTS -
Accelerate from the starting point before dropping low to cut round the outside of the first cone.
After passing each cone make sure you hit the gas and accelerate as fast as possible to the next
Stay low, athletic and tight to the cones when changing direction
Once you've made your 3 turns, sprint through the finish line to record your time
